Additionally featured in this recent photograph release appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is a channel, a waterway in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in notations in red and includes a notes section detailing various sections of the land.
In addition to this are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as plans for dock shelters.
